By opting into Lower®’s text messaging service (“Service”), you agree to these SMS Terms and Conditions. Lower® may send you text messages, including transactional updates, alerts and other information, at the number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. You are not required to provide consent to obtain a loan or service from Lower®. When you opt-in, we will send you a confirmation message to verify your signup.

Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary, and program messages will only be sent between the hours of 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. in your time zone.

For help, you can text “HELP”. We will respond with instructions on how to use our Service, and how to unsubscribe. You may also reach help directly at care@lower.comor by calling (833) 920-2273.

To stop receiving messages, reply “STOP” to stop. We will send a final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from Lower. If you want to receive text messages again, reply “START” to the last message you received.

By opting in to receive these messages, you certify that you are at least 18 years of age.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Lower® reserves the right to revise and amend these SMS Terms & Condition sat any time. Such changes shall take effect when posted to www.lower.com. Your continued consent to receive Lower®’s text messages will indicate your acceptance of those changes.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
