Tom was always available and easy to contact when I needed him. Also, as a first time homebuyer, the process felt overwhelming at first. However, Tom made it as easy to understand and transparent as possible. I never felt lost in the woods or like I was waiting all day for replies. He made the closing extremely painless, too.
