I met Eric Williams at a Sunday Open House (March 2026) in Maumelle. Along with the realtor hosting the Open House, Eric was assisting potential home buyers like myself by providing valuable insight to various mortgage lending programs. He mentioned several mortgage programs that might work for me, but one program in particular piqued my curiosity. The next day, I called Eric to ask additional questions about the program.
