She answered every time I txt or called with questions, and i had a few bc this is our first time buying a home. Even when I didn't, she'd reach out and lmk every time there was progress with the loan. Stephen was great to work with. We really liked working with him throughout the home buying process and he did explain a lot of things really clearly, which we needed as first time home-buyers.
