Jeff Laws is a long tenured commercial & residential mortgage loan officer, who has experienced all facets of the mortgage business from sales, underwriting and appraisal to training, CTM software development, management, and ownership. Jeff and his wife Jeanne spent 20 years in partner production and management until Jeanne transitioned into commercial real estate management of their personal portfolio in 2008. Jeff specializes in custom residential mortgage solutions and small business commercial financing. After initiating commercial financing for their own account beginning in 1995 on 32nd Avenue and Tennyson Street in North West Denver, Jeff segued into customer commercial financing after recognizing a need for customer planning and placement for commercial needs that are often dark waters for small business owners. Commercial options include the gamut from conventional local community bank products to SBA to private party placement. Long experience allows Jeff to tailor the option to client specific requirements.
