John is one of a kind when it comes to his dedication and work-ethic. He has been a leader in Quad City real estate lending since graduating from St. Ambrose University in 2003. In the past 10 years, John has assisted over 2300 families obtain mortgage financing to purchase a home, or refinance to provide more financial freedom. John has over 21 years of lending experience, with 600 Five Star Reviews that is growing with every closing. He consistently provides an unparalleled level of service and knowledge to his clientele, realtor partners, and community.
John takes the time to consult with each and every client. He educates them on the programs and options available so they can make an informed decision best suited to their individual needs. John has a wide range of borrower experience, and treats everyone with the same level of respect and care.
John has worked hard to build a team that he believes in and knows that his team is unmatched not only with their talent, but their level of passion and commitment. John lives in Davenport, Iowa, with his wife Meghan and their 3 children. John and Meghan play an integral part in the community. Together, they founded the Key Cares Foundation which raises money for non for profit organizations. Key Cares has raised over $160,000 for local non for profits in the past 4 years. John’s family has hosted the Danny Joe Memorial Golf Tournament in remembrance of his brother Danny. It has raised over $300,000 for the Children’s Cancer Connection, an organization that John has been part of for the majority of his life, most recently sitting on the Board of Directors.
