I knew that the loan process would be smooth with becky involved in the transaction. From the loan approval to the closing, the entire process was done very well. The communication between Becky, myslef and the customer was clear and concise. Unlike most closings where the the loan is cleared to close the day of closing, the customer's loan was cleared to close a week before the scheduled closing date.
