Also licensed and doing business in Ohio and Georgia. I also take immense pride in assisting borrowers in obtaining financing for their first home or move up home. There is no better joy than telling a first-time home buyer they have a commitment for their loan. I understand FHA, VA, and USDA loan products thoroughly. Most significantly, it makes no difference if the borrower is purchasing a $100,000 home or a $3,000,000 home, I look forward to being of assistance.
